STRESS BUSTERS!!! *Music of Ghost Busters playing in the backgound*
Wahahaha... don't -_-''' hor. It's damn useful lor but you must know what works for you. As for me, my stress busters are jogging and packing my room. When I feel very depressed or stressed up, I will go for a jog at the stadium. But if it rains like yesterday, I will pack and tidy up my room.
I will on some music, prepare lots of plastic bags because I know there's gonna be a lot of rubbish to throw away and then start packing. While packing, I will come across things that will bring back memories. Things like cards, presents, letters and photos. Being a very sentimental person, I will keep the coach tickets when I went KL with my ex bf, all the tickets of the movies we watched and a little diary. Memories are meant to be remembered no matter its good or bad.
Anyway, I started packing my room at 7.30pm. It took me 4 hours to finish packing and 4 big plastic bags full of rubbish were thrown away. After all the packing, I still sweep the floor in my bedroom. Sut hor... I felt a sense of accomplishment which resulted in a better mood. *wink* So for those of you who are feeling down, get yourself a stress buster. It will do yourself a lot of good. Below are the before and after pictures of my bedroom.
Eh, I forgot to take the before photo of my desk. This is my sister's desk and mine is just as messy as hers.
